PLATH Corporation is strengthening its group’s human resources capabilities: On 1 April 2026, Dr Verena Heeschen will take up the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PLATH Corporation GmbH. In this role, she will be responsible for the group-wide HR strategy, with a focus on transformation and growth.
Dr Verena Heeschen has many years of experience in strategic and operational HR management within technology-driven corporate environments. In various leadership roles, including at Axel Springer, Neusoft Technology Solutions, NOVENTI Health and Fieldfisher, she has built up HR organisations, supported transformation processes and developed HR strategies, closely integrating these with corporate development.
At PLATH Corporation, she will focus in particular on driving forward the further development of group-wide HR structures and the professionalisation of central HR processes. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing leadership and talent strategies, the digitalisation of HR processes, and supporting the group’s continued growth.
