Effective November 1, 2025, Niels Markus Arens will become managing director of PLATH EFT GmbH in Norderstedt and will manage the company’s business together with Michael Kaldenberg. In this role, Mr. Arens will be responsible for operations and commercial matters, while Michael Kaldenberg will continue to head up sales and business development.
Niels Markus Arens was most recently Managing Director of INO Holding GmbH and responsible for operations, finance & business services, HR, and IT for the companies of the inotec group in Germany and abroad. Prior to that, he worked for over thirteen years at the AUTOFLUG Group in Germany and the USA in various roles and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for operational service delivery from order entry to shipping. He began his international career in the North American automotive industry at KEIPER Ltd. in Canada. Arens holds a degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Engineering.
