PLATH Corporation continues to strengthen its management team: Michael Engelen took over as CEO of PLATH Corporation GmbH on 1 March 2026. In this role, he will be responsible for finance at the holding company of the medium-sized group and will thus complement the existing management team consisting of Maya von Holdt and Nico Scharfe.
Matthias Assel joined the management team at PROCITEC GmbH on 1 January 2026. He will lead the company as managing director alongside Stefan Haase and will be responsible for product development. With the expansion of its management team, PROCITEC is specifically strengthening the technological core of the company and setting the course for further sustainable growth in the field of highly specialised software solutions for signal monitoring and analysis.
Strategic change at RECONIQ: Effective 1 January 2026, Andreas Wiewel will take over as CEO sales and, together with Michael Kalt, will assume leadership of the company and be responsible for sales activities.
