Matthias Assel joined the management team at PROCITEC GmbH on 1 January 2026. He will lead the company as managing director alongside Stefan Haase and will be responsible for product development. With the expansion of its management team, PROCITEC is specifically strengthening the technological core of the company and setting the course for further sustainable growth in the field of highly specialised software solutions for signal monitoring and analysis.
Strategic change at RECONIQ: Effective 1 January 2026, Andreas Wiewel will take over as CEO sales and, together with Michael Kalt, will assume leadership of the company and be responsible for sales activities.

PLATH is pleased to welcome Simon Lassalle as its new Head of Government Affairs and Head of the Berlin Office. With his many years of experience in political work in the German Bundestag, he brings with him comprehensive expertise in defence and security policy issues.
Effective November 1, 2025, Niels Markus Arens will become managing director of PLATH EFT GmbH in Norderstedt and will manage the company's business together with Michael Kaldenberg. In this role, Mr. Arens will be responsible for operations and commercial matters, while Michael Kaldenberg will continue to head up sales and business development.
